GALLERY A3 • Call For Artists • 5TH ANNUAL JURIED SHOW
The Annual Juried Show offers artists an opportunity to exhibit their work in an active down-town gallery and gives the community a chance to discover local and regional artists. Gallery A3 is a contemporary fine art gallery in downtown Amherst, MA, located in the Cinema Complex. Members include painters, sculptors, photographers, printmakers, and mixed media artists.
The 5th Annual Juried Show is open to all artists 18 years and older. Artists wishing to submit work should download, print, and complete the Entry Form and Agreement Form below and deliver their artwork and these two forms to Gallery A3.
• $25 to submit one art work, $5 for second
• All media eligible except reproductions, video, and installations.
Sculptors may be asked to provide a pedestal.
• Maximum 26" width
• Deliver work for jurying;
Sun. June 3, 1-7 pm; Monday, June 4, 9-12 noon
• Accepted work posted on gallery web site:

• Pickup unaccepted work:
Tuesday, June 5, 10-1/4-7 pm; Wednesday. June 6, 9-12 noon
• 25% commission on all artwork sold at Gallery A3

JUROR EMMA CHUBB
Emma Chubb, PhD, is the inaugural Charlotte Feng Ford '83 Curator of Contemporary Art at the Smith College Museum of Art (SCMA). She studies ways migration, minority communities, and histories of colonization and oppression appear in contemporary art and visual culture, especially in art from North Africa, the Middle East, and the African diaspora. She has published scholarly essays contributed to numerous exhibitions and publications in Morocco, France, Spain, Mali, and Qatar. At SCMA, she is responsible for several exhibitions, including Un/American (currently up).
